Chef Tony Catering began as a home-based business in 2003, serving such events as weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, and corporate lunches. Prior to opening his own business, Chef Tony Polanco gained experience in the catering industry through positions such as the Culinary Director for The Event Company and Catering Supervisor at The Boar's Head Inn. Chef Tony also completed a program at The Boar's Head Inn in leadership & skill development and studied a year of business administration at New York's Professional Business Institute.
